VP100 Countertop Hardware and Software Specifications

The device is built on a 32-bit secure microprocessor running a Linux-based operating system, supported by 128 MB of Flash memory and 64 MB of DDR RAM, expandable up to 256 MB Flash and 128 MB RAM.
Storage can be extended through a MicroSD card socket. It features a 3.5-inch color TFT LCD with a 320 × 480 resolution and a capacitive touchscreen that supports electronic signatures.
Card acceptance includes a bi-directional, triple-track magstripe reader compliant with ISO 7810, 7811, and 7813 standards; a contact chip reader supporting ISO 7816 ID-1 cards at 1.8V, 3V, and 5V with T=0 and T=1 protocols.
An optional 13.56 MHz contactless interface supporting ISO 14443 Type A/B, ISO 18092 NFC, MIFARE, and Sony FeliCa.
Connectivity is provided through Ethernet and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
User input is handled via a 15-key keypad with function keys and an integrated audio buzzer, without a dedicated contactless LED.
A built-in thermal printer supports 57 mm × 50 mm paper rolls and delivers print speeds of up to 100 mm per second.
The platform includes comprehensive cryptographic capabilities, including TRNG, DES, TDES, AES, RSA, MK/SK, DUKPT, and TDES DUKPT.
Power is supplied by a DC 9V / 4A source.
The unit measures 190 × 78 × 78 mm, weighs 350 g, and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C, with storage supported from –20°C to 70°C and operating humidity between 5% and 90% non-condensing.
It is certified to PCI PTS, EMV Level 1 and Level 2, and major global contactless and payment scheme standards, and is supported by a full software stack that includes an SDK, KMS, TMS, GDB, CTOS library, ISO 8583 library, and cryptography library.
