Open the App: On your smartphone, open the ValorPay App.

Process a Smooth Transaction With RCKT

Select Transaction Type: Tap SALE and choose the appropriate option (Quick Sale, Auth, Refund, Void, Balance Enquiry, EBT Cash, Gift Card, or QR Pay).
Enter Transaction Details: Input the sale amount and, if required, the customer’s email and mobile number. Dual Pricing options (Card, EBT, Cash) will appear if enabled.
Choose Payment Method: Select Card, Cash, E-Invoice, PayNow, QR Pay, or Gift Card, then tap Continue.
Complete Payment: Tap, swipe, or insert the card as prompted. Enter PIN, cash back, discount, or tip if applicable.
Finalize the Transaction: Collect any required signatures and complete the sale.
