Swipe Transactions

Start by entering the sale amount in your POS or payment software. The terminal will automatically prompt you when ready to process the payment.
Once prompted, take the customer’s card and swipe it through the terminal’s magnetic stripe reader. Ensure the stripe is facing the correct direction as indicated on the terminal.
The terminal may ask the customer to verify the transaction, either by entering a PIN (for debit) or signing a receipt (for credit). Follow the on-screen instructions.
Wait for the terminal to process the payment. Once approved, the terminal will display a confirmation and print a receipt if required.

Keyed Transactions

Enter the sale amount in your POS or payment software. The terminal will prompt you to manually key in the card information.
Carefully type the card number, expiration date, and any other required fields shown on the terminal screen.
If the terminal asks for the billing address, you only need to enter the street number. Other details are not required.
The terminal may prompt for CVV (the 3- or 4-digit code) or additional authentication. Enter the information as instructed.
Wait for the terminal to process the payment. Once approved, a confirmation will appear on the screen, and a receipt may print automatically.
