Fast, Customer-Friendly Refunds

From the terminal home screen, tap the Other Sales Features icon.
Select Refund, then enter the password, which by default is the last four digits of your TPN.
Enter the return amount and press OK.
Have the customer tap for contactless or insert the chip card.
If prompted, select the preferred receipt delivery option, which may include SMS, email, printed receipt, or no receipt.
The terminal completes the refund and generates the return receipt.

Quick Voids for Same-Day Corrections

From the terminal home screen, tap the Other Sales Features icon and select Void.
Enter the transaction number or the last four digits of the card, choose the correct transaction from the list, confirm the selection, and tap Yes.
If prompted, enter the password, which defaults to the last four digits of your TPN.
Complete any receipt prompts as needed.
The transaction is voided without requiring the card to be present.

End-of-Day Settlement Made Simple

Tap the Favorites menu icon, then select Show/Settle Daily Batch.
Enter the password if prompted, using the last four digits of your TPN by default.
The terminal retrieves and displays the batch summary report, with the option to swipe left for detailed transaction data.
Tap Settle in the top-right corner.
If untipped transactions exist, choose Yes or No when prompted to continue.
The settlement is complete, and the report prints automatically.
