“When our website provider suggested Host Merchant Services, I looked into it and then decided to give it a try because of its cost. If the customer is logged in to their accounts, processing of their payments is done through our website. However, when people select the payment option, it sometimes shows up as an unsecured website and that worries people. I don’t understand it but I’ve never really told anybody about it and never had to call their customer service except when I signed up. Aside from that, everything else is fine.”
